News and Results – Event 15 “Winter Golf Event” – Barona Creek GC
Today we had an incredible day of golf at this beautiful course nestled up in the rolling foothills of San Diego. A combined field of players from San Diego Dental Golf Group and Seacoast Christian GC came out to test their golf course skills. All players today felt the pressure and challenges of golf as course management, drives off the tee, and putting skills needed to be at their best to handle this course. A few players came out with the their “A” game while other could only shake their head as they loaded their clubs back into their car. The greens were fast and quick and were easily “4 putt” greens. The golf pro cautioned our field that they were rolling at a “12” on the stimpmeter. A big thanks for our tournament committee who were able to get a great deal on our round to play this gem of a course.

Note: All players who desire to obtain their winnings, need to reply back to Curtis and provide a mailing address so your winnings can be delivered to you. As a kind Christmas gesture, the tournament committee will not report your cash winnings to the PGA , USGA or SCGA so that your “amature” status will remain intact for the 2018 golf season.
