Our Annual End of Year Season / Prize & Awards / President’s Cup Format Tournament to be held at Arrowood GC, Oceanside on Friday, November 19, 2021. Tee times begin at 7:30a. Cost is $80. We will have a group reverse “ShotGun” start. See below for your teams and pairings.
Note: After our competition, All players are invited to stay for our annual gathering for lunch and prized and presentation of championship trophy to our 2021 winner. Raffle prizes from golf outings to golf equipment and apparel will be waiting to be claimed. Players who have accumulated “Seacoast Points” over the season will have their points converted to “Seacoast Raffle Tickets.” From there, you will be able to deposit your tickets into the raffle bucket for a potential prize.
Note: John Jensen unfortunately had to withdraw from the event. Richard Mulligan was selected in a “blind draw” to replace him.

Final Results – Red Team over powered the Blue Team today by taking advantage of all the opportunities that this golf “Presidents Cup” format has to offer. When needed scoring needed to be done, the Red Team proved to be up for the challenge and performed in a way that totally out played the Blue Team today !….Congratulations RED TEAM !!

Recap of 2021 Presidents Cup – We had a field of 30 players who came out today to enjoy a friendly Team Competition, but in order for a Team to take the Presidents Cup “bragging rights” all players needed to bring their “A” game. Today, our RED TEAM rose to the occasion and clearly put a stamp on who was ready to play competitive golf today. Team RED ended up with 7.5 points, where the BLUE team could only generate 2.5 points today. CONGRATS to TEAM RED !
Our prizes and awards went off well as players enjoyed winning golf apparel (shirts / hats). A few winners took home new golf bags. Also a few excited players won range finders. Additionally, a couple of players won golf outings to some exclusive private country clubs. All in all, everyone ended their golf event with a smile on their face ! The annual Presidents Cup / Lunch of Champions event was another golf success !!
LAST EVENT OF THE YEAR – December Event 2021
Our final event for the year will be at Omni La Costa Golf Resort on Friday, December 17, 2021. We will be playing the “Legends Course.” Your tournament committee has consolidated an incredible deal for our group at $85 / player which includes range and cart. Tee times begin at 7:30a. The field is limited to 36 players. If you want in on this, please reply ASAP…spots will go fast.
Next Year 2022 Events – As you all know, the popularity of the sport of golf has risen 30% since COVID 19 Pandemic took its toll. Many golf course have taken advantage of the huge rise in golfers and therefore, green fees, golf merchandise, etc have also risen in prices. Your tournament committee has done their best to consolidate dates and green fees to the best of their abilities, but we want to Seacoast Christian Golf Club membership know that we are always looking out for your best interest in planning ahead and putting on fun filled, competitive events. Some golf courses that we have traditionally played on our “regular season tour” have been passed over for 2022. We have added other golf courses that have made accommodating rates for our group. The golf committee thanks all of you for your understanding and hopes you’ll continue to support our fun filled monthly events. Here are the listed dates for 2022.
