Today we had 28 players come out to compete in our 5th event of the year. Twin Oaks GC, provided a very nice venue as our players continued to show progress in their golf gamesmanship for this month. A few new faces showed up for the first time this year.
A big welcome to the following players who came out for their first time this year: Rob Travis, Joe Coykendall, Scott Jordan and Mark Wayne.

GREAT SCORING – The tournament committee is pleased to recognize and award those players who stand out and exemplify great golf playing. Below are players who proved they have “A” game ability this past round. Congratulations to all these players.
Recap Event 4 – With five events in the books, we have now reached the half way point of our 2021 Seacoast Cup golf season. There are still plenty of golf events available to score points to make the 2021 Seacoast Cup Playoffs starting September 2021. Our leader board is still headed up by Ted Clinite who was able to key in his “A” game on this course.
Ted fired gross score of 80, to keep his #1 spot in the standings. Kent Coykendall, made some noise and scored a low gross score of 79 to gain more points to climb into 9th place after holding the 22nd spot. Bruce Dunn collected himself on the back nine and fired a 39 on the backside to help his cause. Nice playing !!
The Seacoast Christian GC golf season now in full stride with players making their moves on the leader board. If you plan to come out mark your calendars for the remainder events listed on our events calendar.
Next Event – Friday, June 11, 2021 – Omni La Costa GC / 7:00a start $80 Special Tournament Fee
This will be the 6th event of the year. Players need to reply to Curtis at CurtisChanDDS@gmail.com to reserve a spot in the field. Regular season point scoring will be in place.
